I don’t know where else to say this, so I’m just going to say it here.

Ever since I started watching MLP, whenever I would look at the mane six, I always got a nagging feeling in the back of my mind that one of them should be green in at least someway. I don’t think Rainbow’s one green stripe counts. I don’t know why, but I just felt like there should be some green in the mix of pinks, blue, and organges.

So when I was first starting to make my Next Gen, I was like, “ This is the perfect opportunity to make a green colored main Character.”

And that is why Pansy has so much green in her color palette.

Anyway, onto descriptions!

1. Pansy is a pretty laid-back, easy-going mare, but when it comes to discussing her favorite book series, the calm demeanor just melts away. She can talk faster about a book than you ever thought possible and it can be hard to keep up with all the details she’s memorized. Just don’t talk about any book unless your prepared for rants and well-thought out theories.

2. Pansy can easily find herself bitting of more than she can chew when it comes to anything, practically. A result from setting to high and unrealistic a goal. During the process, she can become so invested in it that she forgets to pay attention to her own needs. This never goes on for long with her friends by her side to help her out ( as well as telling her that what she really needs is a nice, looong bath.)

3. Just good ole’ peacemaking Pansy at work with her usual tactics of a clear head and plenty of patience.

4. Pansy is a sensitive, emotional filly and it doesn’t take much to invoke her to tears. Sometimes it can be over the least littlest thing, like a dying plant or a ripped up favorite sock.

5. Just shy little Pansy being shy. She doesn’t like to talk to strangers, but she’s might squeak out a little something if you ask her too. At least she’s a better at it than Lokie. That child would probably burst into tears or freeze at the sight of a stranger approaching him. Pansy just needs time to warm up to you, is all.

6. Pansy is a classic, stereotypical introvert, complete with steaming tea and and ambient music in the background. And yes, she does have a thing for Rainy days.


Also, does everyone understand the origin of her name?
