Wide maroon eyes stared around, taking in all the moving scenery around her. She saw and felt a bunch of eyes gazing right at her. What were they looking at? She tried to look up but couldn't feeling the teeth of her father biting down gently onto the back of her neck, holding her vulnerable. She wanted to speak but couldn't; she's hungry.
The bright light seeped and escaped through the huge leaves; bathing the area filled vicious creatures with light and warmth. She pulled herself up closer, shivering when she felt the a cold breeze hit her gently. She was slowly set on the ground in front of a big burnt brown hut. It was designed with glowing vines and there was some aura around it; it smelt like lavender. Her eyes gazed up once two big howlers opened up the leaf gate and out came the biggest of all. Judging by the body built, it was a male, not too young though. He walked up, almost intimidatingly, towards her till his figure blocked the sun rays.
Her eyes looked down to his legs, tilting her head to the side as her eyes climbed up the glowing vines that held onto his leg. Then another shadow was cast on her from behind. She looked up and her ears went down. Her eyes glimmered at the sight of her own father bowing down to the bigger howler; The alpha. Her ears blocked out any words the alpha was loudly stating; her father was just so pretty to her.
His red hair reminded her of cherry, that she sneakily ate moments ago, was tied up in a bun, which also reminded her of dumplings that she saw on the way here. She wondered if the howlers were okay with her eating straight from the bush; she was just hungry for something bigger and juicier. Was there such thing? Probably. His eyelashes were tickling his cheeks which reminded her of when her feathers would tickle her too.
A sudden sound of a slamming hoof got her back to reality as she jumped a bit. Her heart was beating fast when multiple eyes stared straight at her. The alpha had lowered his head towards her to face her. His seven, piercing yellow eyes glared at her, "Have you been listening to any word I have said, cub?" He growled lowly which sent fear through her veins before letting out a quiet cry as she struggled to move back, to hide behind her father's legs. Her eyes met calming blue ones, which she found similar to the lake that was around her first bed when she was born. He stood tall, obviously not as tall as the old alpha, and spoke as politely as possible, "She is just a child, Derek." He said, quietly.
His daughter was afraid, staring up at them from between his fore legs. The alpha snarled before letting out a defeated sigh. She was just a mere cub, completely oblivious to the world around her. "She is our new blessing, Robin. She needs to start being aware of all the dangers that may roam around her." He spoke, loud before sending a small nod towards two of his nurses. They both walked towards Robin, who went on full guard, pulling Beatz under him completely. "Let them take her. They will just mark her with the quartz; just like her mother." The alpha reminded Robin who cautiously put down his guard before kneeling down in front of his whimpering baby daughter.
"Beatz, these two nurses will take care of you for five minutes, okay, pansy?" Her eyes went wide at the information before starting to cry out, tears shimmering in her eyes. "No, no, no, no, baby; Don't cry." He pressed his forehead against hers, "I'll be right here for you. I'll wait, don't cry." He immediately said ever so softly. His deep voice sent a hugging warmth as she sniffled. A smile reached his lips, "There you go. Good girl." He pressed a chaste kiss against her forehead before backing away as one of the nurse bent down and the other nurse bumped her head against Beatz, encouraging her to get onto the nurse. Hesitantly, Beatz got on, struggling a bit before sitting onto the nurse's back. She looked back at her father to see if he's gone and he raised an eyebrow at her before slumping down onto the ground and made himself comfortable.
She giggled at this as she was carried away to the hut to get her new accessory.
Ahhhh, I'm so happy with her father's design! ;w; His name is Robin if you haven't figured it out yet. So, this what happened before she got her first piercings. The alpha, named Foret, was speaking about how in many centuries, this is the first hybrid to be alive and Beatz wasn't listening to any of his speech because, big words aren't in her dictionary just yet lol. I have the rest ready but I won't submit unless I write something for them ;w;
