So, I spent time writing the script for the first Arc, (the first two chapters are actually outlined and almost ready to be drawn) and I realized that I'd forgotten somebody. Quiet, the very first character to appear in the comic. Not even a main character until late in the first arc of the comic and a character I honestly enjoy a lot. So, before I could move on, I needed to solidify how she looks in my head, and specifically those tattoos. The Tianyu people are born with them, and they grow over time. An adult can usually expect to see their tattoo sprawl out along one arm or shoulder, and in rare cases, their chest or backs. In Quiet's case, hers started on her face which is only seen in those closest to the goddess.

Habits: Quiet has been raised to fulfill the role of guide and oracle for the Iscan royals in the name of Tianyu. As the prophecy goes, she is to unite the Iscan daughters and show them the way to stopping a force of evil. Quiet herself is a nervous wreck, can’t handle strangers, is kind of a pushover, and is deathly afraid of combat. She
believes she’s the worst possible choice for the job and hopes that the goddess made a mistake.

Mentality: The Tianyu people are well educated, but not well versed in the ways of the world as they are a secluded people with their own traditions. As such Quiet is extremely naïve, but wise beyond her years. Easily startled and not good in pressure.

Weakness: It would be quicker to list what she’s good at. Quiet is a great with animals, a wonderful gardener, a fantastic earth mage and a good healer. Most everything else she does poorly. Very unsocial.

Likes: Loves to care for animals and plants. Doesn’t particularly care for other people, but wouldn’t abandon an injured person. True to form cleric.
