While working on my recent comic I started to think a bit more about those three flower store ponies: Daisy, Rose and Lily. I've grown to like them a lot lately, but they always seem to be typecast as the "overreacting and easy to be horrified" types, either in a lot of fanwork as well as in the show itself.
A coin has always got two sides though, and I wanted to give this coin a little spin. What if they would do something daring, willingly so, because of some small thing they're passionate about? Maybe harvesting some rare flower for the store, which only grows in remote places?
So that's how the three of them ended up there, on a cliff in the mountains, digging for some flowers which seem to be growing only on the sides of those cliffs.

Drawing this was challenging, because I didn't just draw the ponies myself, but large chunks of the scenery and equipment as well. Not many pre-existing vectors used here.
