Meet Blue Eclipse.
She is a big fan of Luna and respects her a ton. As a pegasus, she does work with shaping and moving clouds. She usually does the night shift and likes making and arranging the clouds in a way that doesn't get into the way of the moon and instead accents the moon's beauty.
