It’s not often that I see artists include these two well known and literal next gen characters in their Nextgenverse, so I thought I might give the Twins a little credit here and work them into mine.

They will (probably) get a proper bio one day, but for now here’s what you need to know about the newbies~

Pumpkin Spice Cake:

Pumpkin Cake, or as she is more fondly known by her students, Miss. P, is currently the only teacher of a growing class in the one-room school house of Ponyville. Everypony who knows Pumpkin ( and I mean everypony, seeing how she has the reputation of being friends with all the folk in town) knows her to be charming, energetic, and compassionate to a fault. However, don’t let her open, down-to-earth nature fool you into believing she’s some gullible pushover. Pumpkin is as smart as a whip and not afraid to use one with her more mischievous students when necessary- in a metaphorical, ‘tough-love’ kind of way, of course. Fortunately, getting on Pumpkin’s bad side is not an easy thing to do and she believes in second chances for even the worst of ponies. Pumpkin is also a go-getter who will do all she can to achieve her goals, including helping others do the same, even if it means tutoring a student til 10:00 P.M. over a tiny, measly, insignificant math fraction that’s so easy a newborn foal could do it quicker than this. Despite her practical nature and maturity, Pumpkin has a playful side and she’s very imaginative when it comes to making learning as fun and exciting for others as it is for herself.


Vanilla Pound Cake:

Pound, as he’s been called pretty much since birth, is known to be the fastest Wonderbolt since the legendary Rainbow Dash joined the team. His light weight and thin build, inherited from his dad, allows him to speed through the air as smooth as a knife through butter, while also performing his aerial maneuvers with grace and precision. Due to his exceptionally talented flying Pound’s confidence and pride, while not unfounded, tends to overinflate his already excessive ego- and it doesn’t help that he’s also known for ̶c̶h̶a̶r̶m̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶p̶a̶n̶t̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶f̶ being popular with the ladies. After all, he was voted the most handsome athlete in the Filly’s Fashion magazine. But for all his boasting and cocky mannerisms, Pound’s really is a good guy at heart. He’s friendly to everyone, always eager to help, and while he often comes up with the most hairbrained and reckless ideas, his intentions are usually well-meaning. And if there’s one motto he lives by; one thing he learned from his special training under Rainbow Dash- it’s that you’ve gotta stick by and stand up for your friends, no matter what.

If these bios seem rather short and peppy, don’t worry- I plan to give these two a lot of time in the spot light to shine, especially since they’ll both be playing a pivotal role in the KOPverse. Perhaps once I can catch a quick break in my life, I’ll cook up more a extensive and detailed bio for these two. In the meantime, feel free to let me know what you think about my version of the Twins!


Also, can anyone tell me if Pumpkin and Pound have been incorporated into a Next gen verse as stand-alone characters before? Because so far I haven’t seen it and I’d love to know if it’s been done.




Oh, and just so you know, Pumpkin isn’t just smol because she’s standing beside her tol and lanky bro; she also took after her mom’s short and slightly plumpy build.
