The southern outskirts of Cirrus. It's no surprise that the further out one went from the city center, the more sparse and derelict the buildings became, and this far out, the skyline of Cirrus is about the most advanced thing you'll see. This particular corner of the city's outer rim is home to several different groups, from Bolt and his bar/craft brew shop, Echo's and Miroir's slice of heaven in the 'Heart's Desire' Brothel, and even a small trade corporation run by a mare named Tilted Scales.

The civil war damaged a lot of infrastructure in Equestria, but it's a strong credence to pony ingenuity that in this day and age, business and society can still thrive.
