I figured I wanted to make the Lilaverse separate from the Canon show, therefor I am Designing Some ponies for my headcanon.
This is Princess Luna c:
And let me explain her headcanon:

Luna is the Princess of Equestria, her superior being her sister, Queen Celestia. Celestia is the public face of their rulership, tending to royal summits or public gatherings (stuff like the Gala). On the other hand-er.. hoof- Luna is the political face of their rulership, writing contracts and laws, working with diplomacy, trade, etc. Her history of being an intimidating princess lives up to it's glory, as she fits in great with debating other political leaders. While her being this brooding mare may cause some social issues outside of conference rooms, Luna doesn't mind hiding in her wing of the castle. She's an introverted mare when she's not doing her job, so the only people who closely know her are her personal guards, and-of course- her sister.
I'll add more when I see fit. It's all a work in progress still.

Some extra things to know
~The royal sisters are Kirin, not Alicorns
~The Kirin species is not a rare one, however Alicorns who pass a certain age or Alicorns who are immortal turn into Kirin
~The number of branching paths in Kirin horns show a state of power, and wings on a Kirin show royalty and also represent a Kirin who ascended from alicornship
~
