"This is an idea that I've actually had for a while now. I'm going to make a series out of this known as the "At the…" series!

"I've always wanted to know how the parents of the Mane Six met. I mean, for heavens sake, if they never did meet then the Mane Six wouldn't even exist today. And while we already know Pear Butter and Bright Mac's story, we don't really know any of the others aside from a brief explanation of the Pairing Stone for Pinkie's Parents.

"So, this is how I envisioned Windy Whistles and Bow Hothoof meeting for the first time: I imagined them as high school sweethearts. Windy is a junior cheerleader for the varsity hoofball team while Bow is a sophomore benchwarmer. He gets to be a big part of the team later, but for now he merely watches from the sidelines paying his dues. During a pep rally one day, however, Bow watches the mares perform and sees Windy cheering louder than any of the others; her bright smile and huge personality captured the heart of the multi-colored stallion and he was left completely and helplessly in love."
