Finally a new reference for Lix

I had to do this ref because the old one is… well, old, and my lovely ponysona deserves a cool reference sheet.
Also, I changed the cutie mark a bit (because the old one was yes, you guessed it old) and updated the color of the hair just a really tiny little bit.
