So, i eventually came to ship this.

In my development of the griffons, i took the idea of them being divided between southern Scythian-speaking (Shirdalistan) and northern Slavic-speaking (Grifonstan) groups, with the city of Griffonstone (Kyievŭ) being located roughly in the border between them. The northern nation used to be unified until the disappearance of the Idol; soon after, its different subordinate principalities began fighting amongst themselves for proeminence. About seven years before The Map called Rainbow and Pinkie for a friendship problem there, the city had been sacked and briefly annexed by a rival principality.

Two years later, the city rebels and recovers its independence; with the old royal line having ceased to exist, the city is ruled by a oligarchy, with its most proeminent members being Goldstone (Vladimir Mstislavevich) and Gestalt (Bořivoj Slaviboryevich); Meanwhile, having returned from Equestria, Gabby (Gavkatel Plamyslavevna) became the mobad for the slowly-growing Mazdayasnan community that had formed around Gilda (Swiatoslawa Sandakšatrevna) ever since.

Some time later, when Twilight tried to convince the other neighbouring nations to send one student to her school, after some initial resistance to the idea, they entrusted to Gilda the task of finding somegriffon to send; she wound up choosing Gallus (Golosístyj Vlastimirevich), a orphan Gavkatel had met previously.

Took about 10 days to complete; mostly due to lack of time and having to at least once having to redo everything.

And Of course, i didn't have the exact colours that Gabby has, so i had to improvise again.

Gallus' clothing and Gabby's boots were based on medieval russian clothing, specifically those seen here
