This is my OC, Sapphire Radiance. Sapphire is a Tempest Shadow-esque supervillain who desires power, and is cunning, sly, and intelligent, and excellent at predicting the actions of her enemies. She is also very skilled at magic. Her attitude is very arrogant and smart aleck, and she often laughs down at her enemies, frequently by bantering, and mockingly calling her victims by terms of endearment. She also has a burning desire for friendship, which she hides behind a mask of disparagement against it.
