Another AU , I have a lot already, I know.

In this universe, Twilight is jealous of Sunset when she was crowned Princess instead of her. The two of them were both students of Celestia, but only one was to be crowned as the princess.

They were both given different assignments, Twilight was to study friendship while Sunset was to study under Celestia.

Twilight had forgotten all of her lessons the moment she hears Sunset was crowned the next princess of Equestria, she was filled with so much jealousy that she had attacked Sunset one night, hoping to kill her.

Sunset lived, but her life was hanging by a thread. Twilight was still loose, though the royal guard were given orders to arrest her upon meeting.
