- Discord and Pinkie Pie had no relationship outside of a platonic one. Discord, growing older and fearing that his legacy and the dracoequus line would die with him, he went to the Mane Six asking for help with an heir. All but Pinkie were already in a relationship or weren't interested, so the bubbly pink mare agreed. Discord plucked a curly hair from her mane and flew away into the night. Days had gone by until Discord returned with an egg and gave it to Pinkie to take care of since he had "urgent matters" to attend to. Topper hatched after 11 long stressful months. By the time Topper had hatched Discord had since married Celestia, negating Topper's entire creation. Pinkie loved her weirdo daughter regardless.

- Topper grew up as normally as a draconequus-hybrid raised by a young single mom and her 5 best friends could. Even as a filly, the other foals and even adults picked on her for her appearance. Topper, who even that young of an age was excellent with magic, had disguised herself to be a normal looking filly while at school. Pinkie found out and was absolutely mortified. "Give them who you are, and if they don't like it that's not your fault! You're who you're meant to be so rock the world!" Momma Pinkie preached.

- Topper took her mom's lesson to heart and let the world know who exactly she was, the Heiress to Mischief and Chaos. She's everything the princess of Chaos should be: loud, obnoxious, and oh-so devious. Topper's antics were one of the reasons that Pinkie's live-in coltfriend, Pokey Pierce, left the picture and Pinkie with a set of young fraternal twins. Watching her Mom struggle ignited a protective side of Topper so she did her best to chase off colts that showed interest in her Mom, whether through pranks or down right scared the leather off of the stubborn ones. Pinkie quickly got a reputation as "the mare with the psycho daughter" until Topper met her match.

- Cheese Sandwich was always in Pinkie's life and was a familiar face around the house. Topper started to catch hints that Cheese Sandwich was starting to get a crush on her mother, that was going to fly: he had to go. Topper's games started small, misplaced items… then they grew and grew to down right soul-rattling scares. Nothing seemed to shake Cheese's devotion to her mother, he even still liked her after all her antics. Topper broke and cried and cried, begging her mom and her coltfriend for forgiveness and gave her blessing for the relationship to continue. Cheese and Pinkie married later that year after the birth of their daughter Jelly Doughnut

- Topper always knew who her father was, and didn't seem to ever need him in her life. His death didn't effect her, but learned about her younger half sister, Pandora, who was being groomed as the Heiress to the Sun. Topper isn't close to that side of her family and even sometimes forgets they even exist.

- Topper lives her life as a vagabond, seemingly returning home to preform in the annual circus or around her family's birthdays. No one's quite sure what she does when she's gone.

Topsy deserves all the love

Her design stayed the same for the most part, I made her look older with longer antlers and more scales on her tail. I also adjusted her markings to simplify them and gave her a new manestyle
