When Apple Eclair was young and learning all kinds of things. She believed all ponies have horns. When she saw her Daddy's forehead it changed her world. She knew some had those feathery things (wings), yet being so small she couldn't tell others didn't have horns. She still checks for a little while afterwards until it becomes a normal thing in her mind.
Also Apple's parents like to go on walks together when not busy working. She really enjoys it.
