- Apple Butter is the third born to Bright Mac and Buttercup.

- Early on, she blamed Apple Bloom for their parents death; but realized it wasnt her fault as they got older.

- Apple Butter only remembers a few minor details about their parents, a few important memories.

- Apple Butter fell into a depression when Bright Mac and Pear Butter passed; she was hit the hardest with the news, and it left a permanent scar on her personality; so to speak. She is nervous, scares easily, and is constantly worried about her family.

- Unlike the others, Apple Butter actually doesnt like apples.. and the Apple siblings were shocked to discover a pear in her cutie mark; but after a while passed it off as just an apple and fruit in general cutie mark, instead of her secret passion for pears over apples. (This is all still before learning about Pear Butter and Grand Pear's backstory in their timeline)

- Apple Butter wants to live up to the Apple Family name, but just cant seem to find her place.

For the Apple family, I thought: What if one of the siblings DIDNT like apples, and only pretended to in honor of the family name?
And so came Apple Butter.

A namesake to Pear Butter, unknowingly to them, and heavily leaning towards the Pear side of the genetic tree.

Design wise, I based a lot of her colors off of Grand Pear, but used the same bow style Apple Rose had as a younger pony. (Because I thought it suit her more than Apple Bloom's bow style)

Maybe she can create a happy medium and bring Asian Pears into the world of Equestria xD (AKA Pear Apples)
They could be renamed.. Honeycrisp Pears or something, lol

With losing both her parents, I also thought it only natural to make her nervous about losing anyone else now.
Or nervous about anything for that matter.
