Naturally Queen Novo's sister Oceanflow and her mate Skybeak would think it's ok for their niece to drive a bus thinking she is old enough.
Not to mention Skystar kind of does whatever see feels like unless Novo gets mad.
But the reality is Queen Novo is very nervous about being in a place that is not her throne room or castle or Mt. Aris or most of all her throne room in Seaquestria.
