Rarity was instructed to help Dra'meia wear something that would hide the nightmare horse's current half starved appearance. There's only so much you can to to try and turn a sows ear into a silk purse however.

I DO NOT ADD CUTIEMARKS TO MLP CHARACTERS unless expressly asked to by the commissioner. I find they clash terribly and I don't like how they look in my work.
