Edit: The reason why the "hilarious in hindsight" tag is added is because Cream Heart's creator (Jan) did a fan-made series of "Keroro Gunso". a video related to it can be seen on his YouTube channel. It was explained that "lack of interest" was the reason of the project's cancellation. There were several other reasons why it failed that were not mentioned. Those who worked on the project said they left the team due to Jan's stubborness to get things done quicker than planned. Some people who were in the term had little experiance of storyboards, scripts, and animation, thus slowing progress down. Why Jan still hired them is unknown.
