For some reason, this happened. Pinkie Pie's mother becomes blue and has a unicorn horn just like Trixie, grows massively and picks up Pinkie Pie and takes away something from her.
This is a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic re-enactment of the Ed, Edd n Eddy episode "Rock-a-Bye Ed" with Pinkie Pie and Cloudy Quartz (looking like Trixie) playing the roles of Ed and his mom (looking like Jonny 2x4).
