Im late as usual, but no less committed to giving some love to my top Favorite pony on her special fandom day.

I have loved Starlight since her introduction, first as one of the series best villains (in my opinion), and then as the lovable, socially-awkward, but well meaning unicorn we have seen her become. I feel Starlight is perhaps the character on MLP i can relate to the most, and she really is (again, in my option) the best character they have added to the main-protagonist roster (alongside Trixie of coarse). Plus, i always found her interactions and friendships, with Trixie and Maud for ex., to be more relatable and down to earth to me than the main six (who i still love). Yeh, she has made some pretty big mistakes, but the fact she as learned from them and moved to make herself better because of her past actions i think makes her truly wonderful. Redeemed characters like Starlight remind me that we are all flawed and can make mistakes we regret, but that we can always strive to be better and make up for our actions. That i why i think Starlight is so amazing.

Anyway, Starlight remains my Fav, and its great to see the love the rest of the fandom has for her today. I truly hope we get to see a fair amount of her in the final season, along with all the others. Happy Starlight Glimmer Day
