Well, after more than a half year I've finally finished this piece!
I have this headcannon about Flash, though it's not much developed. I thought he may have that lightning on his cutie mark for a reason. (don't care that many ponies also have it as thier butt tattoos XD). I imagined that he has the power to control lightnings. But how should he get this ability? or maybe should it be innate…?
In the first concept he was wearing his armor, but I wanted his cutie mark to glow, so I got rid of it.
