So stumbled over this. ~~Couldn't find it in any offical capacity.~~
Probably a recolor of an actual tattoo.

So I found the original artist. However this image looks more cleaned up but smaller.

I reported this as duplicate but up to mods if being cleaner is worthy of keeping it up.
