Commission for Based on this! And man was this a doozy. Oh, no modeling Octavia herself was easy, and the cello wasn't exactly hard either. The problem was getting her to hold it. If you've never seen a cello from the side, the strings stick out from the main body, so any pose that put it on her shoulder would shove the strings clean through the middle of her face. I finally decided to go with bracing it against her forearm.
