Drew this weeks ago, although I haven't caught up in anything pokémon related, from the games to the anime, I still like it a lot, and why would I not draw an eevee being pet by flutters? Sure the face isn't the best (I only draw cute horses what else would you expect), however it is a good start.
Also eevee is best pokémon don't @ me.
