So, uh. y'all are probably wonderin' why I brought you two here today." Appleboom clopped her front hooves together as she sat down.
"Well, yeah, but you're gonna tell us now, right?" Scootaloo said sarcastically.
"So yeah, Applebloom, spit it out!" Sweetie Belle chimed in.
"Well, I've been thinkin' about things a lot…"
The other two sat down beside each other, listening intently.
"You know. The future of the CMC… all the good times we've had in the years… settlin' down with a family… The like's of that."
Sweetie belle jumped up.
"Oh my gosh, did you find a coltfriend, Applebloom?! She exclaimed, her voice squeaking adorably. "And you already want to settle down with him? Why didn't you tell me before!!! Let me guess, was it Featherweight? Button Mash? Rumble?"
"w-well no… not exactl-"
"Then tell us!" Scootaloo hovered in the air briefly and stood up. Both of them were pretty excited to hear what Applebloom had to say next.
"Calm down, calm down! L-let me talk. I'm tryin' to get to that! Well. It's just…"
"Come on, spit it out!" Both of them said almost in unison."
Applebloom's cheeks went bright red.
"C-cant you see I'm tryin' my best! For Celestia's sake let me talk!"
"UUGH, fine, we'll be quiet!" Sweetie belle zipped her mouth shut with magic. Scootaloo put her hooves over her muzzle.
"So, uh… Girls." Applebloom was trembling.
"I've been REALLY thinkin' about all the time we spend together. You two are the closest ponies I have in my life. My best friends."
Scootaloo lowered her hooves and had a warm smile on her face. Sweetie belle also smiled.
"and.. uh.. I was wonderin'…. i-if uhh…."
Muffled groans came from sweetie belle's zipped up mouth. Scootaloo put her hoof on her shoulder to quiet her.
"…M-maybe we could take this to the next step?"
Silence.
"I just thought… that maybe the Cutie mark Crusaders could be together forever… in more ways than one."
"WHAT? NO, I'VE NEVER HAD GAY THOUGHTS ABOUT YOU OR SWEETIE BELLE" Scootaloo suddenly burst out, falling over to the ground in the process and standing back up on her hooves.
As she was dusting herself off, Sweetie belle unzipped her mouth.
"Applebloom, that is the most goo-y, mushy, corny thing I've ever heard, especially considering that's coming from a tomboy like you."
Scootaloo looked nervously at both of them.
"…S-so, uh, is that a no?"

Of course that was a yes from both of them and they all got in a beautiful loving relationship. Just wanted to give a story to the pic to practice since I'm going to be doing that for all the next gen's stories lol. If you can't tell the pic's basically the last few moments of the writing.

For some reason I had to resist the urge to call this "I think I know more about American Girl Dolls than you do, Genius" because this reminds me of that vine for some reason?

So.. going against the poll results (Sorry to the one person that voted ;~;) I wanted to redesign the CMC real quick lmfao.
These are the designs I came up with, some are based off of other artist's adult designs that I just adored lol.

I'm sorry but I actually really didn't like the cutie marks they got. I felt like they just got the marks they should've had inside of the CMC color badge thing and felt like it was… stupid. I don't mean to be harsh but I hated them lmfao.
So I basically took the cutie marks that were in the badge things and made them standalone CMs. I'll be uploading them individually after this one.

A thing to note is that they all still run the CMC. They're busy as hell though, between running that, having their own ambitions on the side, and having 2 children together lmfao.

Applebloom — Has a special talent for anything involving cooking apples. Earned her cutie mark making some treats with Zecora. Still the tomboy she was when she was younger lol, but now has an abundance of Earth Pony Strength to put behind the antics she gets into. Of course this is a MLP style base I used so she has the same slender bod as all the mares but I imagine her real buff just like her sister lol.

Sweetie Belle — Due to some sisterly love, she got to meet both Sapphire shores and Coloratura personally and have them coach her on her singing skills for a few months. During that time she earned her cutie mark during a performance they had all scheduled together. She regularly schedules performances in between the times she needed at the CMC. I want to note that Sweetie Belle has "Pure Unicorn" genetics in her, giving her the long tail. Rarity will also have one.

Scootaloo — Scoots, with Rainbow's help, decided to hone her skills on her scooter, and keep trying to be able to fly. Unfortunately, though her scooter skills definitely got better, she still wasn't able to fly fast like rainbow, and found out after a doctor's check that she'll never be able to do much more than just hover off the ground. Though this depressed her, she eventually worked through it, and in a stellar performance with her scooter, earned her cutie mark. Scoots' body type is the same as it is here, but she is FTMTF. (meaning she thought she was male, transitioned partially, then decided to stop her transition and felt that she was female.)
