This pic was commissioned by kyuubinaruto18. He wanted to bring another scene from one of his stories into a visual format. This one's something of a legacy story, so Scootaloo's cutie mark matches what it was there. The author provided the following description:
A scene from my fanfic "Pound and Pumpkin Tales." Pound is the worst flier in his class, unable to even hover, and is feeling bummed because of the teasing by his classmates. He decides to have a talk with another late bloomer, Scootaloo, who gives him encouraging words.
