Welcome to the Miracleverse! AKA, the Disliked Ships AU, but I don't use this as a platform for hate. While the universe is slightly… twisted, they are all options that could have happened in the main TFIMverse. They're a chance to do things with the… standard ships that people have, and using them in new ways, as well as a platform for interesting characters. And let me say, it's time for the stuff to begin! Sort of! First of the many times we'll be doing STORIES in this universe, these are pictures in scenarios that either advance the story, or in this case, provide backstory! They might feature only canon characters, or only OCs, this one features Stitchwork Shine, her mother Starlight Glimmer, and Twilight Sparkle, with mentions of the Miracleverse Main 7. This is mainly a short one because I want to get things rolling, but don't forget, I'll still be doing stories off the main plot. Also, sorry if this is low quality, just wanted to get the ball rolling
THIS IS THE START OF THE MIRACLEVERSE MAIN PLOT!

ALSO PART OF STITCHWORK'S STORYLINE!

————————————————————————————————————————-
Stitchwork Shine's entire life was devoted, since she could choose for herself, to figuring out the map. Living in the castle with her mother and father, she was fascinated with the centerpiece of the front room of the castle, what functioned as a table, but apparently had once been a magical artifact that sent the Elements of Harmony on quests.
One which had a map of everything in Equestria and beyond… one that hadn't worked since the fateful day her mother and father met once again, the day that the Baby Princess died… or if her mother was to be believed, broken even earlier by her mother herself.
She knew the stories of time travel were true, but it was not particularly pleasant to think of her mother as someone who would do those things, so she preferred to think of it as broken the day the Crystal Empire fell.
She had spent years trying to turn the artifact turned table back on, even studying spells she had no talent in; being a seamstress, she wasn't the magical talent her mother was. Starlight had no interest in turning the map back on, so there was little help she could find on that front.
She studied every inch of the reflective rainbow surface of the table, the crystal structure, everything. She even tried every spell she knew. But nothing really changed.
Today, she was going to use the map as a table to study crystals again, because she was out of spells to use. But the sight of the 'table' caught her completely off guard, as she stepped up, raising a hoof to touch it, it suddenly flickered to life. Six of the seven thrones around the table had their insignia begin to glow, starting with the Throne of Magic; passing around until all six were lit, and the lights gravitated to the center of the map. As Stitchwork's jaw dropped, the entire map, in what she could only assume was its full glory, was lit up.
It was all a shimmering pastel blue, in deeper shades for the darker mountains and valleys, all of it almost opaque, and then, something even more extraordinary happened; out of where it appeared Ponyville was, seven small symbols popped up, growing in size before zipping over to the simulated heights of Canterlot mountain. This was about when Stitchwork realized that she had begun to scream.
"MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!"
"What's going on down there?" Her mother ran down the steps, horn lit up. "Is that blue unicorn back to burn books?" She spotted the map as well, her eyes widening. She trotted over, the bottle around her neck clinking against her fur. "I thought I broke that." She stated matter-of-factly, Stitchwork nodding. "Did you finally get it working?" Starlight turned to her daughter, raising her eyebrow.
"N-no…" Stitchwork spluttered back to life from her frozen in shock expression. "I was just coming out to study the crystals that make up the map, and then… then…" She gestured wildly at the map. "It just… it went and did this thing! It started all on its own!" She was completely baffled and unable to react properly.
"Well, that's strange." Starlight didn't seem at all perturbed by this turn of events, waving her hoof through Canterlot mountain. "Would you look at that, it is working!" She smiled somewhat, spotting something small. "You can even see the tiny details!" She pointed down at a spot on the map Stitchwork didn't recognize. "It even has Sire's Hollow…" She paused, and had an odd look in her eyes as she casually stomped her hoof on the holographic projection of her hometown, grinding it in a bit before removing her hoof.
"Mom, what did you do that for?" Stitchwork looked slightly worried, but felt her senses dull for a second, the world looking a bit greyer than before, calming down…. was mother's horn lit?… Probably not. It wouldn't matter anyway. She shook her head and the greyness cleared.
"Are you ok, sweetie?" Starlight put her hoof under her daughter's chin, nervous. "You just blanked out there for a second…" She tilted her head. "Do you need a liedown?"
"No, no, I just…" Stitchwork paused… what was she thinking about?… She spotted the map again and began to scream, Starlight's bottle glowing red as she zippered Stitchwork's mouth shut for a second, before letting Stitchwork breath for a second. "T-thanks, mom." Stitchwork breathed out, understanding that she needed a calm down, she just had gotten startled again. "Anyway, the map, it… it has marks on it!"
"Well, from what Twilight explained to me…" Starlight inspected the symbols circling Canterlot mountain, "the marks are supposed to summon her and her Element of Harmony friends… but it looks like these aren't their Cutie Marks at all…" She hummed.
"Yeah, and there's seven of them." Stithwork nodded, nervous. "I think, uh… That's Pastel Parabola's mark!" She pointed at the floating abacus, which glowed brighter when she pointed it out. "I see her around town…. with that tall mare… Claystone, I think." The chiseled stone glowed brighter as well.
"That's weird, those two are both daughters of the Elements…" Starlight frowned, pointing at the pink swirls. "See, there's Twilight's son, Pink Sparkle Apple, right?" The cutie mark glowed bright. "And I bet the rest are all from the other children." She concluded, just as she heard a scream that mixed delight and terror together into a concoction that was grating on the ears.
"STARLIGHT!" The owner of that screaming voice literally popped into the room, grinning wildly, her mane blown back. "You won't guess what just" The purple alicorn's wings popped open and she dashed over to the table. "It's not just latent alicorn magic, it really is back on!" Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship and Magic, was standing in front of Stitchwork with a manic look on her face. "Starlight, when did you find the time to fix it! I thought it would have taken the power of the both of us to turn it back on?" She turned to the blown back Starlight, who was currently stunned into silence by her mentor's antics." Starlight began, but her daughter's panicked look gave her pause. "Stitchwork saw it, we don't know how it turned on." She amended, making sure she wasn't caught in the crossfire.
"Uh, it was actually Stitchwork
"That's amazing!" Twilight rubbed her face against the table, disrupting the picture for a second. "It must have taken this long to self repair, this is…. oh my gosh!" She grinned. "And look at that!" She pointed at Galaxy Gazer's Cutie Mark. "My son! My son!" She repeated, pressing her hoof to her chest. "He's got his very first map quest! To Canterlot!" She cantered in place for a minute in sheer excitement. "I told him he was just a late bloomer, he is going to be a friendship master just like his mother!" She turned to Starlight, hugging the slightly unwilling unicorn too hard.
"That's… great, Twilight." Starlight pried herself out of Twilight's grip. "Just, uh… one problem… it looks like the map wants only… only your children, not you." She frowned, Twilight deflating slightly.
"I… I guess… but.. I better pack!" Twilight lit up her horn, counting the Cutie Marks on the map. "Ok, that's Pastel Parabola, Bashful Bluebelle, Zestar! Apple, my son, Claystone Pie, and…. two who I don't recognize…" She tapped her hoof as each lit up. "They must be… Judging by the pattern…. Misty Mizzle and…. Miracle?" She looked shocked as the Marks lit up, unable to react properly. "But they're just… children!" She sputtered, but paused. "I… I have meetings to call!" She exclaimed, teleporting out of the room as suddenly as she came in.
"…. So…" Starlight stared at the map, and her daughter. "I… I guess we just wait?"
"…Mhhmm…" Stitchwork was too shocked to say anything, and the two waited for the purple alicorn to return. They trusted her judgement, as faulty a decision as that was, Twilight was the only one who knew what to do…
But…. what was in Canterlot that required friendship problem fixing this close to the Fall Gala?
