Meet Neon Lurker :3

She is a sea pony (has some shark pony DNA on her), who sends most of her time in the sea/ocean, living in deep waters.
She has wings made out of water, that allow her to swim faster when in the sea, and also allows her to fly when she is on land like a normal Pegasus.

Her body can glow when she is dark areas/at night time. She used to be part of an old sailors tail, talking about a glowing pony found out at sea late at night, that would be a sign that the death would soon be coming to them, and that the pony would eat them.
However, this is not true, as neon is actually a kind and caring sea pony, who uses her glowing body yo help serve as a sort of warning sign, warning other ponies about danger ahead.

In more recent times, she has been seen and accepted by more ponies, and she is held as being a sort of hero, having been responsible for saving the life of many sailors and other ponies that have been stuck out at sea.
