So I made these cities on a whim yesterday. They're offer to adopt. Base by r-atio. What I'll consider in order of preference.
PayPal (nothing less than $2)
Points (nothing less than 200)
Art (post examples)
Customs (post examples)
Characters (will be picky)
Combination (any combination of the above)
TOS:
PayPal/point payments expected within 48 hours
Art/custom payments expected within 3 weeks with weekly updates, I am lenient beyond this but only if you communicate
I will hold but only for 1 week
Failure to pay will result in the character being sold to somebody else
You will receive a stash link only after I receive payment
