If Applejack's hair is the one that took me the longest the pattern out, little Apple Bloom here took the second longest (I'm starting to think the entire Apple family has it out for me). In her case, it was always, always, too small. One day, in a fit of blind frustration, I took the pattern I had been working with and just made it huge, greatly exaggerating every aspect of it to the point that I knew it wouldn't look right.

The result is what you see above.

…Sometimes you just have to pitch a hissy to get things done, I guess. Oh, and Apple Bloom is best CMC. :D
