Hey guys
I wanna try out something new here and there, going back to my old comic like style and polishing it to give it a good new reboost :)
There we go! Expect some cute, comic horsies/characters which I originally drew traditionally, scanned in and coloured/edited by :iconsnoopystallion: :D
Alright, this one was a more challenging one to think of actually since we always wanted to draw Epona from The Legend of Zelda in our Comic Sins style, but never knew how because she doesn't have much of a character/personality to her XD The only thing we knew is that she is a loyal horse, good allrounder and she likes carrots XD At least carrots is what is showing up when you ride on her and therefore her motivation to move :P This is why we have this constillation adapted on her back, making her run wilde haha, the classic thing to do, right? I found the idea too funny not to draw it hehe.
However, we always wanted to draw a Pony Version of her since, and we don't want to sound cruel, didn't find an existing pony version of her that we fully saw fitting to her. They all had some flaws that break away from her original design in our eyes even though some attempts look promising. But yeah, we just wanted to turn her into a pony ourself and this is the result
I honestly had trouble drawing her head since I wanted to break away a little from the normal way of drawing pony faces from the side view I normally do, I wanted her to look more horsey-ish. It took me 15 sketches. I'm still not 100% happy. But oh well, it works here. Snoopy brought her to life with the colours and added a different cutie marks in comparison to already existing fanart of her — the song you call her with Naww.
As always, I drew the traditional lineart and Snoopy added colours, effects and background to them :)
I really hope you like this next one of a mini series consisting of collabs between Snoopy and me.
Have fun with them!
