Here are the Humane 7 as super heroes. I guess now you can call the Super Mane 7. Also, I've decided to pull a Rise of the TMNT and make Sunset Shimmer the leader of the team. Here's a list of their abilities.

Rainbow Dash-Super Speed
Pinkie Pie-Elasticity (and a little inflation)
Rarity-Force Fields, Diamond Skin
Applejack-Super Strength
Fluttershy-Invisibility, Animal Communication.
Sunset Shimmer-Pyrokinesis, Super Form.
