Rainwater Ratina is a fish pony, cousins to Aquatic Avast under water within Equestria. She has no eyesight, and can only sense or hear things around her in the waters. Often she keeps a cloth around her eyes not to worry or disturb the ponies around her with what she feels is her rather odd facial feature.

She worries about Aquatic Avast quite a lot with his heavy concern for the waters and pollution, and although she loves the water and her home within the waves just as much, she doesn't feel that the ponies are responsible for the problems their home and the other fish have been having.
