This is a Package of Twilight Sparkle, Created by Shunya Yamashita (Mr.Yamashita). This is supposed to be released in August, but it was delayed until I found today. This Package's design looks similar to Pinkie Pie, but it's now Purple, and the shape is opened book for Twilight Sparkle.
