I'm not 100% satisfied with this cover, because there's so much empty space on it (but there's only so much you can do with a desert). But the shot of Luke walking the plank is fairly iconic (so much so that the RPGs use it whenever they need to show the size of something relative to a human), so I had to use it somewhere.
