A new OC! This character idea's been bouncing around my head for probably several months, so over the past couple weeks I figured I'd finally figure his design out. I very rarely draw characters besides ponies, and this is my first character who's not an earth pony, so this was a bit of a challenge, but the anatomy turned out passable.

I haven't fully figured out his personality, but I've got bits and pieces of it and I don't wanna wait to finalize that to release this picture. Anyways, Glancer is a griffon who lives in the small pony town of Oat Vale. He's a pretty sociable character, though not to the extent of being obnoxious. He's a bit of an outcast both from his family, who run a restaurant, and from the rest of the townsponies since he's different. He's close with Cottonwood Kindle though. I still gotta decide on job, talents, and other stuff.
