Commission for , where he wanted to see Delphina using the inflatable Latias raincoat her friend 8 gave to her.
So yeah, more inflatable Pokémon costumes, because they're always fun, right? Delphina seems to know this, as she really enjoys her raincoat/costume!
Drawing this was kinda interesting, since I had to change the proportions to make it fit for a costume a pony would use. I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out, and it definitely looks quite cute! Plus the base raincoat looks quite cool as well, as if you could use something for combat.
