I am having WAY too much fun doing this, but for those of you not anime-savvy, this is Inuyasha (Japanese meaning "dog demon", so I changed it to UMA (meaning "horse")-yasha because at times I can be clever )

Anyway, I've been careful on how to design Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha and I will put just as much effort into the rest of the cast, but I had plenty of fun coming up with the genetics for Umayasha and Ponymaru.

Umayasha, born between a unicorn pegasus royal and an earth pony royal, he's got this lovely combination of the both of them. He inherited his father's feathery fetlocks, cloven hooves and lion/saluki-like tail (Ponymaru inherited his full tail from his mother). Umayasha can still be subjected to the word "sit" as equines can certainly sit (plus I can't come up with something as equally offensive in equine terms), but his rosary isn't a collar (as that is more fitting for his half-dog counterpart), but a bridle instead. This can symbolize a number of things, but I favor how the bridle is a tool to "lead" a horse/pony and forces it to follow the leader. The leader here being Kagome

Umayasha isn't accepted by either earth ponies (for his unicorn-like features), unicorns (for an obvious lack of a body part), and pegasus (another obvious lack of body parts). He wishes to seek out the Shikon Jewel to allow him to turn into a full unicorn pegasus, although I doubt he would get the bloodlust once ever becoming one.

I'll eventually have to make one when he's in his human state, because he turns into a full earth pony at that time (full tail, dark fur, mane, and tail, sealed hooves, etc). Maybe even one of his demon counterpart, but let's move on.

I know I meant to put more down, but I lost my train of thought…
