P-21 get's turned into a mare by zebra magic, a curse, poison joke, or maybe some unicorn magic? I don't know. But looking at blackjack make me thinks she wants to get closer to P-21 before he changes back. Though P-21 is not having that.

Artists notes: Just tried a quick transgender thing with some charters from Horizons.
Stuff about P-21 design.
1. I don't think we ever sore a tall slender female earth pony ever, so I thought it would make it different than just using the standed mare base.
2. Put some grenades because theirs P-21 main weapons in the story.
3. I left the male mark on his rump because thats just a mark painted over his real cutie mark, just to say who it is easier.
