Quick edit of the previous Twilight vector, an OC of mine so to speak; or rather a character who is necessary.

Ya know, I got a bunch of ideas for storylines et cetera and therefore a somewhat fleshed out version of Equestria does indeed exist in my mind. And whilst I try to not stray overly far away from the canon, some changes were made. One of those changes is in the governmental structure of the nation, my Equestria is actually a union of Unicornia, Earth and Pegasopolis — more integrated than the HRE, less than the USA.
This is the leader of Pegasopolis, the High Commander.
She doesn't have a name yet because I'm bad with names, but I'll come up with something.
