At last, an opportunity to reuse my mussed Gracenote poses from 1.1
An early draft of the story skipped over the barge sequence entirely and had them using the Smooze to search the palace. This spectacularly terrible idea lasted longer than it should have because I was still agonizing over my "don't kill anypony" rule. Once I decided to relax it to the standard comic book 'we never saw the body' rule, I was no longer obligated to exclude one of my favorite bits of the movie.
