The 4th and final Patreon reward from last night's Picarto stream was for ArcticGryph0n and since Rainbow Dash is now an official Wonderbolt he wanted a sketch of her in her dress uniform. Not her flight suit Spitfire studies but what she will now be wearing while performing other duties as a Wonderbolt. So after some research and screen grabs I was able guess how the dress shirt/tunic had to work.
