If I get too much into the things about her, I will end up spoiling her backstory which I plan on making into a sub-story and it's own audiobook right alongside the main story of Frost Cloud in the distant future.
All you basically need to know about her is, she is an only child that moved to the city of Tundra Bay with her family from a village in Equestria.
Fuchsia will be shown to be one of Frost Cloud's childhood friends, along with a small band of other northern animals.
