Liliac is way too small but I'm gonna play it off that it's because they're younger in this pic eventhough Featherfall looks the same as in the comic, lmao

Just wanted to do something cute with these two. I barely draw them outside of the comic pages so barely any of my watchers know who they are, haha
Just for reminders to the new watchers or whatever: Featherfall (the big one) is the main protagonist of Beyond our Borders. Liliac (the small one) is his little sister and is mostly a background character but will have more importance later in the series.
I love the dynamic they have together, especially since Featherfall basically became a parent to Lili since they lost both their parents. Lili never got the chance to meet her mother as she died soon after she was born, and her father disappeared before she was born.
Featherfall knew his father unlike Liliac, but remembers very little about him since he was only a couple years old when he disappeared. When he's asked about him, the other tribe members are very distant and doesn't like talking about him. They only told him he was exiled out of the tribe and most likely died to the desert heat or other creatures roaming the plains. He wanted to find him, but soon gave up after being told not to go outside the borders.
The only family they had left was their grandmother Magnolia, who's cared for the two up until the moment where the comic first begins.

There's a lot of things to know about this family, and I have it all written down. But it's not something to share in a simple Deviantart description.
