The idea behind this pic and that Babs and her sister are the daughters of AJ's aunt and uncle Orange came from .
As Babs left Ponyville after her first trip, she told Applejack "I promise to keep talking to my big sis about the teasing back home." Here we see her older sister Orange Slice confronting Ruby Barrette at a dirty Manehattan alleyway (because where else do you confront a school filly like that).
I'm really stoked about how this came out!
