Guest Author's Note:
"Paprika is a hard character to write. Her lack of speaking (Hey, just like those Kenku I talked about earlier) removes dialogue humour, and her wild style of play of teleporting by running off-screen and throwing random items out lends itself to the style of comedy where a cute, innocent character is able to achieve impossible feats, which is a style of comedy I do not enjoy. When making TFH comics, I didn't even include Paprika for so long that it became a joke in the community. In the end I made a bet that if a Paprika main won a streamed First to 10 Wins challenge, I'll make comics about her. I woke up the next morning to a message on Discord and I knew I'd have to collect some references of her.
I'm glad I came up with the idea of making her a DMPC. One has to ask what kind of player would play as a character like Paprika, unable to communicate outside of laughter, kissing sounds, and hugging, and if you are making guest comics you then have to ask 'What makes them different to Pinkie Pie's player?' Giving the DM such a wild character opens doors for jokes in future comics."
Newbiespud's Note: By the way, a spectacular session of Spudventures went by this weekend: Instead of playing a regular RPG, we played a wacky game where we replaced the dice with a deck of Cards Against Humanity cards! We call it Dungeons Against Humanity, and it was a riot. It's also going to be the sendoff for a year of Spudventures as we take December off, so please, enjoy these two mini-sessions!

Transcript:TFH DM: Paprika laughs at the conversations everyone is having with the newcomer.
Arizona (TS): Paprika?
Oleander: Our tank and healbot.
TFH DM: Well, the party was lacking in frontline and healing, so I made Paprika to help you guys out. Don't worry though, I know all the horror stories about DMPCs. Paprika won't be stealing any spotlights. She can't even speak a word.
Arizona (TS): Wait, isn't Pom a Druid?
TFH DM: …Trust me. The party had no frontline or healing.
