I love wavy manes so much -

I identify strongly with Cobalt being a misunderstood creature catcher, as I am always the weirdo who halts traffic between college classes to make sure that people don't step on a bee or a caterpillar or some other stranded little bug on the sidewalk o3o
Another good example is how two days ago at a Christmas party I spent the first saying hi to my friend's geckos and snakes rather than catching up with old friends …. OOPS it's okay my friends can wait. c;

Since Dawnfire is a representation of me, I think that these two would get along fine. c: I decided to put them in a magical fairy sparkly wooded area where they can engage in peaceful flower children (flower pony?) activities. I dream of things like this. x3 The setting partially indicates my wishful thinking for more pleasant weather, I'm sure (it has been raining nonstop for the last 2 days) …

Originally I was going to make Dawn playfully weaving their tails together, but then I thought MAYBE THAT'S JUST TOO INTIMATE so instead she's just decorating Cobalt's mane and tail. x3

Also due to twisted butt placement you can't really see too much of their cutie marks, but rest assured that their flanks are not naked. c:
