This is Celestia's assisstant. She was first seen in The Crystal Empire part one. She make appearences in the comics as well, in which Celestia calls her by name. The only question is why her name is Raven when she has a pen and inkwell cutie mark.
Note: Her name has been extended to Raven Inkwell via toy.
