Not sure what to do for this guy, only thing that I can think of for his special talent is involving silver bells(crafting, selling, etc.). His Personality however, I can say is responsible, reasoning, and a little harsh(guess because of others making fun of his bell talents). I suppose I'll work on his info later when I feel like drawing ponies again.
